What buying HeliosSharp entitles you to, and the usual terms that come with a sale.

A personal licence to run HeliosSharp on up to three computers you use yourself. One payment, no subscription, and the licence does not expire.
HeliosSharp runs from heliossharp.com and is updated there. Your licence includes every update for as long as HeliosSharp is sold.
The licence and the key that unlocks it are for you. They may not be resold, shared or redistributed.
Ask within 30 days of buying. See our refund policy for how to ask and how a refund is paid. Once a purchase is refunded, its licence key stops working.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law allows liability to be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, wherever you buy from.
These terms may change for future purchases. A change never affects a licence you have already bought.
HeliosSharp is made and sold by Immersion Engine. For anything in these terms, use the contact page, or reply to your Gumroad receipt, or to any email HeliosSharp has sent you.
