Ask within 30 days of buying. Use the contact page at heliossharp.com/contact.html, or reply to your Gumroad receipt email. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds are paid through Gumroad, our payment processor, back to the payment method you used. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear; PayPal refunds are usually immediate.
Once a purchase is refunded, its licence key stops working.
